Hi there!
My name is Simeon, I’m the person behind Passionate Media. I'm a poet and a philosopher at heart, a health and fitness enthusiast by habit, and a daredevil and adrenaline junkie by choice.
I currently work as a life coach and health counselor with people who want to make realistic, autonomous, and lifelong changes in various areas of their lives.
Some of my academic endeavors encompass the following: cognitive neuroscience, applied positive psychology, sports and exercise science, and evidence-based psychological coaching.
Take care!

Pain can become information, not identity.

Our earliest understanding often links food with love, and that association can follow us throughout life.

When self-worth depends on praise or criticism, it is always being pushed around by someone else's opinion.

A secure relationship is chosen freely. Its strength comes from the people within it, not outside attention.

Before buying something, picture it in your real life. Will it truly fit your needs, routines and family?

Life is finite. Spending it distracted by things that do not matter carries a cost we rarely calculate.

Mindful eating begins by noticing the physical, emotional and mental experience of food without judging it.

Other people's opinions belong to them. You do not have to make those opinions part of who you are.

The meaning we assign to another person's actions can shape the entire conversation that follows.

Approach an experience with curiosity instead of deciding its outcome before it has even begun.

Notice how food makes you feel afterward. Your body gives useful feedback when you learn to listen.

Creative work feels personal, which is why rejection can tempt us to dismiss the person offering it.

Protecting ourselves from every possible hurt also protects us from the possibility of deep connection.

A strong inner foundation gives our thoughts and relationships somewhere steady to return to.

People who belong in your life should respect your boundaries because they value you, not because they fear consequences.

Small moments of awareness can reveal what the body has been trying to communicate all along.

Love and boundaries can exist in the same sentence. Caring for someone does not require accepting everything.

Self-compassion creates worth from within and gives us permission to be imperfect without feeling less valuable.

You can love someone deeply while still refusing what causes harm or crosses an important boundary.
